Shipping & Delivery

DOMESTIC

All U.S orders are shipped free with a tracking number and generally received within 3-6 days after the ship date. In case of shipping delays and lost packages please contact info@lilisunday.com so we can assist you.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping for international orders is based on carrier rates. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to non-payment of these duties and taxes, you will be issued a store credit for your order (minus shipping fee).

Orders are generally received within 8-18 business days from the ship date, depending on location. If you need an item by a certain date, you may email us or call and we can tell you the earliest day your package will arrive.

International orders, will not be given a return label. All international returns must be paid at customers expense.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at info@lilisunday.com. We would be happy to cancel your order if it has not shipped out! Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any cancellations, or changes. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping. You will not be refunded for any circumstances above.
